Virtual Events
RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATIONS
Reservations are non-refundable but you can reschedule yourself for another night at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled class. You can reschedule yourself here right through the website. IF YOU ARE FEELING SICK/ILL do not come. Instead, contact us for additional arrangements. Please contact us with advance notice- prior to the class, we will not be able to reschedule no-shows.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
Parties will remain as scheduled unless a state of emergency is declared or if excessive accumulation of snow is forecasted during your scheduled time. Cancellations will be determined on the date of the party. If you have guests signed up separately all attendees will be notified by EMAIL (we will also note our cancellation on Facebook). Guests that have signed up in advance will receive a credit towards a future time of their choice.
