We re excited that you are joining us virtually via Zoom. Here are some quick instructions to get you up and running smoothly.
- Make sure you download ZOOM asap here: https://zoom.us/
- Login a half hour before your class start time with the link below so we can make sure everyone can SEE and HEAR the instructor properly
CONNECTING TO ZOOM VIA PC
If you are logging in via a COMPUTER please select the “JOIN WITH COMPUTER AUDIO” then click “START VIDEO” on the lower left bottom corner, you may also want to click “SPEAKER VIEW” option that will make who ever is speaking the big picture (the gallery view option will show all the participants- which is fine too) on the top right hand corner of your screen (picture attached) that will show
our artist as the main picture on the screen. You can click the three dots on Paint and Vino’s video and select “PIN” to make our picture in view at all times 🙂
PLEASE DO NOT AT ANY TIME PRESS THE GREEN “SHARE SCREEN” BUTTON!! This will let everyone see your desktop on your computer 🙁
CONNECTING TO ZOOM VIA YOUR PHONE OR TABLET
When you login from a PHONE: you will have two options, please chose the “CALL VIA DEVICE AUDIO” option, (as pictured attached) and press START VIDEO on the lower left of your phone, you will be able swipe your screen (left/right) to scroll through the people in the class, you will want to find the screen with our studio as your image 🙂
During class we will have everyone MUTE their devise so EVERYONE can hear our artist, and then if you have a question you can UNMUTE and ask your question (please only one person asking a question at a time), then mute again.
GET YOUR SUPPLIES READY
Please fill your water cup 1/2 way with tap water, setup your painting area (as pictured attached), grab your drink, and make sure your devices are charged or can be plugged in 🙂
