⏰ ARRIVAL TIME
Our studio opens 30 minutes prior to class time. We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to find parking, grab a drink, and get settled.
Please note: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we kindly ask that you do not join the session. Late arrivals can be disruptive and may not have enough time to complete the painting. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or reschedules for late arrivals.
🚗 PARKING INFO
Our studio is located at 150 Main Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, and we have two FREE parking lots:
🅿️ Directly attached to our entrance (located at the rear of the building)
🅿️ One building down, on the same side of the street, clearly labeled

If you purchased 2 or more tickets in one transaction, we’ll automatically seat your group together.
If you booked separately but want to sit with someone, please include their first and last names in the “Additional Information / Order Notes” field during checkout.
🔄 RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservations are non-refundable.
However, if you need to reschedule, you may request a reschedule voucher at least 48 hours before your session. You can do this easily on our website — just [click here].
No-shows cannot be rescheduled.
🚨 CLASS CANCELLATION
Classes may be canceled due to low attendance. In this case, we’ll notify you and issue a voucher for a future session.
❄️ INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Because New England weather can be unpredictable, we typically wait until a few hours before class to make final decisions.
If we cancel due to snow or other severe weather, we’ll email you a voucher for a future session.
